Bloch Bakery was located at 119-21 West Mishawaka Avenue in Mishawaka. Adolph Bloch was one of the bakers in the family-run establishment. Men shown gathered around the large table appear to be in the process of mixing and kneading bread dough. Flour spillage from their hard work can be seen on the table and floor. Look closely to see racks waiting for goods from the oven, trays filled with rising loaves of bread dough, a wooden barrel of flour, and tins likely full of cooking oil. Donated by Jim Fox.
